ADVERTISING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Advertising rates must be paid in advance. Payment may be made via PayPal® to barefoot@offthewallemporium.com or sent to:

To submit your ad, send it in the body of an e-mail or as an attachment to: mwad@offthewallemporium.com. Please type "MOMWRITERS" in uppercase letters in the subject line to assure proper delivery of your message. When sending your ad please include your postal and e-mail address. We respect your privacy! Your address (postal or e-mail) is NEVER sold, rented or distributed in any manner.

Prices for six-month, yearly packages and the Business Directory include one minor change per month. (i.e., change of contact information, business name, links, etc.) Ask about multiple page ad discounts.

Ad Liability Policy
We are not responsible for any errors in your advertisement.
We are not liable for anything that transpires between you and the consumer/client who contacts you -- due to your advertisement placed on Momwriters.com.

Unacceptable Ads
We will not knowingly promote the following: adult themes, alcohol, drugs, gambling, nudity, occult, profanity, sexual products, violence, or weapons.

Reserve Rights
We reserve the right to change rates and/or advertising policy at our discretion.
We reserve the right to decline advertisers, ad text, and ad designs.
We reserve the right to pull your advertisement without reimbursement should your company go out of business, link to or carry content against our policy, or receive legitimate complaints.

Refund Policy
We do NOT give refunds.
Once you pay for an advertisement that spot is filled and we have to turn down other advertisers.
